Welcome to Internship in Australia (“IIA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of internshipinaustralia.com and my.internshipinaustralia.com (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Our Services
IIA provides information, application management, internship placement support, and related services connecting candidates with internship opportunities in Australia.
While we work to facilitate internship opportunities, we do not guarantee placement, employment, visa approval, academic credit, or any specific outcome.
User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
- All activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Content
You retain ownership of the information and documents you upload, including resumes, application materials, and profile information.
By uploading content to the Platform, you grant IIA permission to use, store, process, and share that content with relevant host organizations, employers, educational institutions, and service providers for the purpose of providing our services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users’ accounts.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful content.

Fees and Payments
Where applicable, fees for services will be disclosed before payment is required.
Unless otherwise stated, fees paid to IIA are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its content, branding, logos, software, and materials, is owned by or licensed to IIA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Services

Disclaimer
The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IIA makes no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform or any internship opportunity.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or our services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to IIA during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
